Vermont Sport and Fitness Tennis Programs

Tennis
With eight Har Tru courts outside, three indoor courts, and extensive air conditioned fitness areas, we are one of New England's premiere tennis and fitness facilities. We have programs for young and old
- for fun, exercise, healthy competition and for personal growth.

Racquetball and Squash
In addition to tennis, we have two other racquet sports - racquetball and squash. Both can be quickly learned by beginners and both mix fun, friendship and exercise.

For all our sports, we can teach you how to play, help you find compatible partners, and we have equipment that you can borrow or buy.

Informal and USTA Tennis Leagues
Informal morning and evening tennis leagues are available for players at every level. More formal teams, playing USTA Team Tennis, are also available for beginning and advanced players. Our tennis staff can help you find the league that's right for you. To learn more about USTA Team Tennis, click to www.usta.com, or call us at 802-775-9916 to learn how you can get started.

Tennis Instruction
Individual and small group lessons are available by appointment with Tennis Pro, Robert Purdy. Sign up at front desk, limited space available.

Rob Purdy is the VS&F head tennis professional and head coach of the Green Mountain College men's tennis team. A native of Rutland, Purdy is a a graduate of Lyndon State College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and played four years of varsity tennis.
