ActivTrax
Your personal fitness guide for every workout.

Body Pump
High intensity, one-hour workout using light barbells and lots of repetition. Designed to build lean muscle mass and muscle endurance, not recommended for the deconditioned or beginner.

Body Vive  
Body Vive provides a full-body workout where participants set their own pace. Vive balls and Vive tubes are used in some of the tracks because of the opportunities they offer to exercise the body in different ways, and at optional intensity levels. First-timers do not need to be fit - just physically active and able to move freely. 55 minutes.

Spinning
Forty-five minutes of group cycling with jumps, hill climbs, sprints and steady tours. Rewarding for anyone who can cycle at their own pace for thirty minutes.
