Jen Smith has twenty-six years experience, 16 at VS&F (as of 2010). Experienced and effective with many types of clients. Strong specialty in the use of free weights and plyometrics for bodybuilding, power training and body sculpting.

Jessica Lucas has six years experience as a yoga teacher (as of 2010). Special interest in working with clients on precision of movement, flexibility, posture and body awareness.

Classes: Pilates, Gentle Yoga, Flow Yoga, Zumba
